I have been using CBD oil to sleep at night for about 2 months. It has really helped me sleep... my scan 2 weeks ago was clear. Not sure if that was attributable to the CBD.

THanks. What amount did you start with?

About 10 drops right before bed. I live in California so was able to buy it at the grocery store. It's made by The Stanley Brothers and it's called Everyday Plus. It is in an olive oil base.

I have legal hemp, 1.500 mg, little dropper. First time. Maybe 1 drop is .5 ????

For reference I am 5'7" and weigh 128 lbs. I think the dosage would need to be adjusted to take your size into consideration. My husband (who has had stage IV throat cancer) also takes the CBD to sleep. He is 6'4" and weighs 238 lbs. He takes 2/3 of a dropper full to my 1/4 of a dropper. I did try some CBD honey that was made by a friend of my niece. Put too much in my coffee and it must have had some THC in it as the rest of the day was lost! I am a lightweight.

The Inositol is the Vitamin B part.
