Question about recent blood work results

I recently had blood work done because I have been feeling fatigue and just not well. The absolute lymphocyte count was 4.4 ( which was a little lower than a couple months ago when it was 5.2) but red blood cells were lower than before along with haemoglobin and hematocrit lower than before. The rbc haemoglobin and hematocrit was just within Norma range but on the lower end and when tracking with my previous blood labs it is showing a downward trend. Should this be concerning?

Also, for the first time, I had elevated liver enzymes (AST and ALT).

hi Smarker, I can't really answer your question as although I keep copies of my blood tests, I depend on my oncologist to tell me whether he's concerned or not. I know I am often scraping normal with some of the results. I hope someone with more knowledge will reply as it would be interesting to know the answer.
