I sweat profusely in the cold time when I am outside but it's only my head and upper body that do.I don't feel hot. It is so bad I have to wring my hair at times. And if I don't remove the clothes quickly I develop chills and cough

Sweating
Profuse sweating is one of the signs of NHL progression, along with fever, temperature, and swollen lymph nodes. I recommend you visit your hematologist/oncologist.
This could be classic hot flash symptoms since it is mostly on your upper body. I am assuming you are a female but not sure about your age. NHL also causes a lot of sweating and one side effect after chemo for me has been getting very chilled at all times of the day. Always let your doctor know what is going on.
Before my first chemo treatment. I would sweat profusely with any activity. And like you mistly from the head, and not feel hot. I"d let your Dr. know especially if this is a new symptom. Best
I'm Stage 1A of Mycosis Fungoides and I too sweat like mad from my head. A dermatologist I went to see gave me some Derma-Dry that I drop on my scalp after I style my hair. I'm wearing short sleeve shirts even when it's 50 degrees out. I'm having trouble getting my treatment team to understand it's NOT menopause or anything other than my cancer. I go back to Stanford Jan. 5, 2017 for blood work and possible "imaging" whatever that means. I am so frustrated as I'm told sweating at my stage is rare. I know my body and know my sweating was never there, not even way back when I was in menopause. I just wish they'd listen. I take cool showers then have to lay in front of a fan before I can even apply all my creams. Thanks for listening.
I also have CTCL ,but I'm always cold! and itchy. Go figure , You must be so uncomfortable . Hope they can give you some relief. My brother is in remission from Lymphoma and is always sweating also.. Good Luck !!!
