fatigue is usually something you have to live with so not sure what you mean by overcome?

Exercise every day, join cancer rehab course if yu have one near you or do whatever exercise you enjoy - swimming, walking, yoga, Tripudio, table tennis, Nordic walking, gym etc.

Pace yourself, Plan activities with a rest break, don't try to do more than you've planned. It's said you wake up each day with x number of spoons/cups so if yu only have 3, once you've used them up that's it. So listen to your body and adapt accordingly.

use meditation, relaxation, visualisation to enable you to have rest/relaxation periods. Massage and other therapies help with relaxation if you can manage it once a week or so.

Have seated actvities you find therapeutic - knitting, painting, reading, writing.

I usually put my feet up late afternoon for a while and do very little physically active after supper other than watch TV, read or use my PC.

Hope this is a help.

Overcome Fatigue? I don't think you ever do and it gets worse every year you live on. Just keep on living each day like before and don't get depressed if the simple routine of the days tasks get you extremely tired at times! I guess being more active is better than laying around. At least your brain is being stimulated with endorphins. Helps the smiling face come out more often!
