All of the videos I've tried to watch are almost not understandable because the video is so unstable. It will run for about 8 seconds, stop for about 5 seconds, then repeats this cycle. I've tried to watch the videos on both Chroma and Firefox - I get the same results. I have 50 Mbps FiOS connectivity so the problem is probably not my connectivity.

Hmm so strange. I've double and triple checked the video and it seems fine on my end. May I suggest pausing it and letting it load? Hopefully that helps!
