hello. have stage 4 ckd. just want to ask if u have tried doing massage and then u feel like ur body was beaten the next day? is it even advisable for someone with ckd to have a massage? im just so worried bcoz i felt some pain, more like a bone pain after the massage. is it normal or does it mean i have bone disease? does it also mean i have vitamin D deficiency? appreciate ur response.
