my egfr has dropped to 23 and i just feel so lethargic, not tired sleepy, just that every thing has become such an effort. ive been on epo for a couple of years, and my blood count is good

Yes all the time but also unable to sleep as my legs hurry I itch and like now I feel sick. My gfr is 20

Hi. Would suggest that you ask to have your iron levels checked. I was like this just after Xmas and ended up having an iron infusion which made me feel loads better. Best of luck.

Gfr 21%, iron levels low despite iron infusion (Doctor says the next step, if iron levels don't increase this blood test today will be hormone injections). I too have terribly itchy legs (just plastered myself in more Doublebase at 17:15 will take more Piriton) and have zilch energy...before I knew I had kidney trouble I thought I was just being lazy....!

i ment 2 say i had an early recall 2 the renal clinic, lol not 'im quite i.he clinic'

The hurry legs is restless legs, which can be a side effect of CKD. I have it and take gabapentin for it and it helps. It helps with the itchy as well. You should ask your doctor about it.
