yes so long as your not on warfarin my husband still drinks a glass it is supposed to help keep a healthy bladder!

It is not recommended to have anymore than 1 small glass around 200ml a day if on haemodialysis though .

Best to ask the staff in the renal unit, and as pluto94 says, your fluid is restricted anyway.
