First, please report any issue like this to your transplant team! It could be a number of things.... But understand because of your immunosuppressant drugs you will heal a lot more slowly that someone not taking them.

I was a lot farther out from my transplant when they discovered that I had an incisional hernia in my transplant incision. It was repaired and no more issues.

I cannot stress enough, that if you are concerned about something post transplant that you call your transplant center asap!

Thanks WYOAnne.

We did talk to the transplant team. We actually had our weekly appointment today and they think this has to do with the healing/nerve pain from surgery. They tested for hernia (as always) and it looked all good. The labs also were positive. Will keep you all posted on the recovery.

Thanks for your reply!
