According to the way of the law. Am just inquiring if someone can donate a kidney to another who is not a brother sister or mother?

Yes you can donate to a non relative in need. I had an unrelated donor none of my family matches my blood type but thankful my mother had a very generous friend that God brought down my path that donated for me 🙏🏼

I am a recipient of a non relative. A friend.

any Adult who is healthy and has the blood that matches may be a willing donor. Often a brother does not have compatible blood, but a friend, neighbor or stranger might.

I had a non relative donate to me; a perfect stranger, but our match was near perfect. There are some really good, loving & generous people out there. They are “kidney angels”.
