Niprothic syndrome

Good day everyone I am 27 years old female I have +3 protein on my urine and that made my albumin to be low because of leaking proteins, my creatinine decreased in a month and went low from normal, my gfr is 187, I have hemoglobin of 14,5.. My Dr noted niprothic syndrome because I have oedema and Said I should go for biopsy to get the cause of spilling proteins but I am still on waiting list as the hospitals are full due to covid and it really stressing me because I don't know what is the cause of protein. But at the moment I am on duiritic, aspirin, BP and cholesterol meds I really need to know what might be the cause of proteinuria? And also to find out that would I be able to have children in future because I don't have a child but my husband wants it now
