One of my friends wants to donate one of his kidneys. His blood type is O and is healthy (non-alcoholic and non-smoker). He does not have a health insurance though. I can connect you with him directly to discuss. He is old fashioned and does not know how to use internet.
That's very generous of your friend! He should contact the nearest Kidney Transplant center. They will be able to let him know next steps and guide him through the process.
