Rough Draft of App Dedicated to Folks on Hemodialysis or PD

I started a quick draft of an app that might be wider in scope but I just want to get feedback early on so that I can minimize the application 's content. The main premise is to get rides from volunteers that could be an individual or a company. There are other tasks such as help doing light chores, donating clothing or food, paying for a driver, and so forth. I'm interested for the app to be utilized by developing countries as well with limited income.

The test link is at: xd.adobe.com/view/c61ac21c-...

Here are my questions, and Thank you in Advance for your honest input.

(for dialysis patients) Go through the volunteer app and if you see your personal information, what will you want the volunteer to know about your profile that you are comfortable sharing

(for the dialysis patients) Go through the volunteer app and let me know what you are expecting to know about the individual that will be assisting you ( in real life a background check will be conducted beforehand)

(for the volunteers) Go through the volunteer app and let me know what details you are expecting to know about the patients that you will be driving or helping in some ways

(for everyone) Should the app just be limited for the driving assistance and not include house chores or patient related tasks?

(for the everyone) What will you change or what will you add? How could we make an app that would drive an increase in the quality of lives for people who are on dialysis?

I'd think twice about mixing tangible & intangible assistance in the app. Monetary help with rent or groceries is really a different matter than giving a ride or helping do chores. For one, the former is much more likely to be abused.

Thank you for your insight. I think I would just limit it to the driving and chore assistance without $ involved. The one thing that I learned from other folks who are on dialysis from developing countries are most of the volunteering is through the church. Normal people who would drive folks to the dialysis center would want to get paid for their time and fuel cost.

what about rural areas where there aren’t people to volunteer

You are absolutely right, so maybe this is something I could have a church help with since even small communities have worship or community centers.
