Cottage cheese
According to HealthWatch 360 app 1/2 cup regular cottage cheese creamed has 200 mg photophores. The sodium is pretty high though.
This HealthWatch 360 app is free and available for both iPhones and android smart phones. It is connected directly to the USDA data base and so is very accurate.
You can scan bar codes for items you're considering buying in the grocery store. The app will then tell you the complete nutritional information for the item including phosphorus levels, potassium levels,, calcium levels, etc.
You can also enter your family recipes into the app. It will then give you full nutritional information per serving of the recipe.
I've been using the app for about 5 years at this point. It has really helped me get a good handle on my renal dietary restrictions.

Unfortunately the majority of the foods that you've always enjoyed before KD contains phosphorus. You should be taking binders (Non Calcium Based) to help control the phosphorus issue. I say Non-Calcium Based because that extra calcium in your blood will not be removed with dialysis and could create Calcification within your arteries which isn't a good thing. Do your own research on the Binders. Your doctor may say the Calcium based are okay to take. But, some leave out certain information you should be made aware of. Your clinic dietician should be able to point you in the right direction. About the food issue. Although it can become overwhelming when it comes to food. Low Fat , Low Sodium, Non Diary and Low Carb is best. I hope this helps.
