Benadryl cream, and check ur phosphorus levels

Do you have phosphate binder? You should ask your doctor about it. It helps alleviate itching by lowering your phosporous level.

My husband and I both switch to an unscented body wash when the cold weather hits. This year we tried Olay and it seems to help with itchy skin. But the others are right about avoiding high phosphorus foods and drinks.

Is your phosphorus out of control? I use coconut oil on dry skin.
