I have been on dialysis for about 4 years this time (I had a transplant that failed after 11 years) and my fistula itches like crazy. Anyone have this same problem and/or a solution?

Have u tried Benadryl cream for the itchiness
People on dialysis have dry skin. I stopped itching since I applied lotion. Hypoallergenic ones and unscented

Also have your nurse check it and make sure it's not infected.
Yes, just put some lotion or lidocaine on either side of your fistula it will help it stop itching
