Hey guys my name is Josh and I am new to this forum. I have had IGA nephropathy for a while and it's been ramping up so doing a lot of tests. Nervous, hopeful, trying to be patient and definitely changing up my lifestyle/diet.

I made this video to document my journey.

youtube.com/watch?v=5bbh5zG...

I'll be documenting more and going over test results and stuff.

On Sept 2019 I did bloodwork and my creatinine level was at 4.1 and on 12/12/2019 my creatinine went down to a 3.7 and now it is back to a 4.2.

I am currently on blood pressure medications and prednisone and i hate these medications and I hope they work.

any tips? advice?

Thanks!

Relax and learn everything you can. Listen to your doctor and take your medications as prescribed. If you have questions or issues and concerns speak honestly and openly with your doctor about them. Best wishes and welcome to the forums.
