I had stage 1 about 10 years ago been trying to eat better and drink alot of water seams like I have to drink 40 oz of water to even per I the morning then a godfull amount during the day and if I even eat a salad 40 to 60 oz more just to go out any of you the same just seams ridicules amounts BP 105 to 115
