Week 10 > Week 11

So, after having a great week 9 and committing myself to an even better week 10, I picked up a sprained ankle on Monday.

Which meant the 2lb weight loss goal and 2 gym weight sessions went out of the window. And I only did 1400 cals 5/7 days as well.

However, I have still lost weight and my colleague who I have not seen for nearly 2 weeks says I am looking skinny :D

Target this week, 2 weight sessions at the gym, 1400 cals per day, 2lb loss.
