Hi im 29 year old male,and struggling to loose weight.

At xmas 2012i weighted in at 16stone 4 pound,now i weight 15 s 2lb.

I just cant loose any more weight.

Im very active i work as a builder an i also do muay thai 2-3 times a week.

For breakfast i have a bowl of branflakes

At 10am i have apple, banana and mullerfat free yougart.

At 1pm i have the same as 10am with chicken on brown bread.

For tea i have fresh chicken an rice

I drink about 2 litres of water everyday

Also my weight can change 4-6 lb within a few hours

Please someone help.

Being as yo are so active and eating what looks to be a very good nutritious diet, all I can suggest is you measure yourself, as muscle weighs a lot more than fat!

Measure your chest, waist, hips, thighs, calves oh and don't forget your guns!! each week and even if your weight doesn't go down, but your measurements do, you'll know you are loosing weight but gaining muscle.

the only other thing i can suggest is to look into blood group diet. I'm on it and it tells you what foods are toxic to you and what foods are good for you in what quantities.

I'm blood group O and have found out through this diet that i am wheat intolerant and that is what makes my psoriasis flare up.

just google blood group diet.

Hi thanks for your reply , I will from now on measure my self ever week .

I have got to do a fasting blood test on Monday . My blood glucose levels where high so hopefully this will give me an insight as to why I'm struggling to loose weight . Thanks once again .
