Hi im 29 year old male,and struggling to loose weight.
At xmas 2012i weighted in at 16stone 4 pound,now i weight 15 s 2lb.
I just cant loose any more weight.
Im very active i work as a builder an i also do muay thai 2-3 times a week.
For breakfast i have a bowl of branflakes
At 10am i have apple, banana and mullerfat free yougart.
At 1pm i have the same as 10am with chicken on brown bread.
For tea i have fresh chicken an rice
I drink about 2 litres of water everyday
Also my weight can change 4-6 lb within a few hours
Please someone help.
