A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step!

Hello all

I am starting a journey to lose weight as I have had some serious heart issues recently that require me to have a triple bypass in around six weeks.

I started an exercise program two months ago that has made me a lot fitter but I seem to have stalled on the weight loss after an initial good loss.

I am hoping to use the site as a bit of motivation to keep on track as the fitter and lighter I am before the operation the quicker I will recover and be able to get on with my life.
