Loss to date: 8.2lb
My aim this week was to maintain my weight which I have obviously failed to do. I don't feel too disheartened as I've had a couple of interim weigh ins this week which showed no gain so will hopefully lose this extra quite quickly. On the plus side I've enjoyed eating out with family friends and will hopefully regain a healthy balance by getting straight back on the 'bus'.
Aims: lose extra weight, get to gym. Enjoy week off with partner.
