A low calorie day today to make up for the Easter Sunday food feast put on by my mother-in-law yesterday Lol! ;) A quick tally of what I could (she made sauces & puddings by scratch) took me to just over 3000 kcals for the day *wow* and of course I did little to no exercise either so efforts have to be double to compensate! :)

I'll gradually compensate for the excess 1100 calories over the next few days - don't want my body to go into "starvation" mode and start storing fat instead of burning it.
