Hi Steve,

I didn't know about the 5% deal - I passed that ages ago!

In fact, can I have a 'double-I-did-it' badge?

You see, whilst I know it's about three weeks ahead of schedule, this morning I came in at 93 Kgs, which was my 13 week target and 'half way' along my bigger journey to a normal BMI.

It was my destination on the 12 week plan which I adapted to run for 13 weeks.

So that's the first 13 Kgs (just over 2 stone) gone!

And my 106.1 Kg former self seems to be a 'blast from the past', nowadays.

Yes I have that question, can you have mroe than one badge? I did my 5% about 1 1/2 weeks ago, although I still have 5 weeks left on my plan and around 3.5 BMI points to get to 25. I wouldn't want the badge too early - kinda wrecks it in my head for carrying on!

I've just completed the 12 week weight loss plan. I was 13 stone and am now 11'5. I feel great! I aim to loose another 5lb and will continue with the weightloss plan as it works for me and keeps me on track. By loosing another 5lb, I will also get down to a healthy BMI.
