Week 1 weigh in

so i'm 31, 29 BMI.

Training routine consists of 6hrs weights in total across all muscle groups over 6 days which also consists of 4.5Hrs group exercise cardio per week.

i aim to be 13.5 stone (currently 15) i have a holiday in 12 weeks so that's a goal although i don't expect to lose that amount of weight in 3 months. (it would be nice though!)

1900 cals / day clean and REALLY REALLY trying to cut down the drinking and pizza's at the weekend.

70% protein 20% carbs and 10% fat M-F and i'll try my best at the weekend to eat sensibly, of course i cant miss my sunday dinner...
