Eating Times on shift patterns

Just starting the diet today. when night shift i tend to fins i have my main meal when i wake up at about 5pm then end up having another main meal when in work at 2 in the morning when i work nighshift and backshift when is the beat time to have my main meal for the day

My dad told me once that he used to eat as the rest of the family did. So get up and have an evening meal before work, and on return have breakfast before going to bed.

I have no idea as to the health implications etc of tnis but it worked for him and my uncles.

Eating 2 main meals though wont help you with hour weight loss. I suggest you choose when to have your main meal and stick with kt for a week. If you find it doesnt feel right, try the other way and hopefully youll find sometning that worms for you.
