I have started doing exercise regularly, cycle every other day and started walking the day I don't cycle 40min. to work and back total of 80 min. I have been cycling since the preparation for the Olympics started and I kept going. I don't lose weight but I am starting the 12 week loose weight program. might be I just eat too much of the good food, so I am starting to count the calories as well.

That's brilliant! I wish I could walk/cycle to work but I just live too far away
Me too, I just get off 2 train stop and walk from there. My cycle journey takes 1 hr 15 min. each way. Yesterday wind was blowing against and took 2 hrs. I do enjoy the ride as is mainly on the canal. I find doing this easier than using the gym at work.
