I hope you have all had a good week and are feeling the positive effects of your plans. I must confess that I completely fell off the band wagon this week as life seemed to collide to test me.
Last weekend my 6 month old daughter was admitted to hospital due to an infection, she is much better now but my diet took a complete back burner. I ate chips with gravy, sandwiches, muffins, chocolate and pizza!
We came home Monday evening and by Friday I had to put together evidence and documents for the employment tribunal we have just won against my husband's old work place. In addition, our daughter has had side effects from the antibiotics so she is still unsettled as she recovers at home. I hold my hand up and admit that I let comfort and convenience eating completely take over.
I found that of the 6lb I lost last week, I have put 3 back on but it's just a hitch. I figured I could have given up and thrown in the towel as it is often oh so easy to do but I'm determined to press the refresh button and get back on track. I'm back on the 1400 c/pd and back to the gym today for the first time in over a week and feeling better already!
I wanted to share with you all, this hitch to help inspire you to keep on track and if you do fall off the rails or life throws you a curve ball then it's not all over. We can do it!!!
Good luck all and let's achieve our goals!

Well done you for jumping straight back on. Hope your little one is ok. Truly inspiring of you to share. Many weaker people would have given up. GOOD LUCK
Thank you Carrieb. Shes getting better each day. Get to try and put her back on solids tomorrow bow so will be back to normal very soon hopefully.
Hi DreamstoReality,
Well ain't that the case?
"@$%£! happens" - as they say.
Just get back on the bus and pay back the account as soon as you realitically can.
Actually, I had vegetarian pizza (with salad and stuff) one day last week, because there wasn't much else I fancied for lunch at the canteen at work. It's a bit bready, but it's not the end of the world. And I didn't have anything like the justification you had!
I've had a bit of a bug over the weekend and had to skip the exercise and ate a tad more for a couple of days - I don't like taking paracetamol on an empty stomach - and my weight went up a bit (I weigh daily), but today's been much better and it does feel really good to get back into the swing of it.
I can just feel how these new ways are more and more becoming the 'norm'.
I'll see in the morning if I'm back on track, but if it takes a couple of days, ho hum, then it takes a couple of days.
