It's been a difficult week haven't got out walking as much as I would have liked. My daughter has been very clingy.....It's my second weigh-in today and I've lost another 3lbs thats 6lbs in two weeks. I now weigh 10st 8lbs and (I'm only 5ft 1inch tall so still got a long way to go) my waist has gone down 4inches. Looking forward to next week my daughter will be having three days, six hours each day of rest-bite care....I will go for some-long walks then
