Last monday i weighed 11st, waist 36 1/2 in, BMI 24.88.
Today weighed 10st.13lb, waist 35 1/2in.
Really pleased was not expecting a big loss as have been cutting down for weeks but have broken through 11st barrier also did not do any additional exercise due to working early & finishing late. Did manage to do more then 10,000 steps every day.
Aiming for a 2lb loss next week but cooking a chinese meal tonight & tomorrow pancakes

Chinese food an be really low in calories! Check out some recipes online.also you could try and make vegan pancakes (no fats in them!) also, search for a recipe online. Well done and keep it up!
