I've struggled with my weight most of my life but really want to get to an healthy BMI. My problem is we have a very active social life and don't want to stop my visits to the pub! i have recently (meaning since the new year) started going to the gym about 3-4 times per week for about 50-60 mins then finish off the session by a 30-40 min swim, i also walk to and from work 3 times per week which is about 3 miles per day and i also have a dog that needs taking for a walk 2-3 times per day so i'm not in-active, I have a healthy diet (although my portion sizes are something i need to change!). I think my biggest problem is the lager i consume, i've tried changing my tipple for vodka n coke and wine spritzers but find i drink them like pop! and end up with a bad hangover I have just become a nanny for the first time and want to be fit and healthy so i can keep up with our grandson.
Got a holiday in May and i really want to have started to see a difference in my shape..........so here goes LET's Do This
