Thank you for your advice Tabby cat. Here is what I done re my diet as of today.

Most of the junk has disappeared from my cupboards ready for my new start Monday. The scales tipped in at 20st something. I would like to say the pounds but after 20 it is just blank. From the farm shop where I get my groceries delivered I have changed my weekly order which will arrive tomorrow. The milk has gone from raw to semi skimmed, skinless chicken breast and pork loin has replaced beefburgers and such like. The fruit and veg box as been upgraded to the next size up.. I have cut my sugar in hot drinks by a half. On Thursday I meet with a Dietician to help me further and work around my allergies. Today is day 1 and I started with exercise as I don't really have anything to say on diet

Well done for making all those changes! I have a lot of snacks in my house at the moment, mainly crisps for my children, but I keep eating them too. I think I'm going to stop buying them altogether. Hope it goes well with the dietician 🙂

That’s sounds like some very positive changes 😊. Minor word of caution, don’t be afraid of some good healthy fat in the diet, it’s an essential nutrient and very good for keeping hunger at bay

But lots of lovely fresh vegetables, straight for the farm shop sounds wonderful 😊👏👍

Sounds a real positive new plan you have there 👍

Oh, I think the move from raw milk ( if that was whole milk) to semi-skimmed isn't a great move, and there's no need to take the fat off the chicken breast - that can make it dry and less tasty. Hope you enjoy trying new dishes when the veg box arrives

Raw milk is straight from the bulk tank unpasteurised. It has a bufferfat level of 5.04 - 5.06%. At the moment I have not wanted to be so drastic but I'm following Dr's advice.
