I've been limiting my intake of calories following the 12 weeks programme for a while. I've been losing some weight, but I'm getting stuck, so I will try the sirtfood diet for three weeks.
Have you tried the sirtfood diet? I'm starting the first week today (3 green juices + 1 real meal). I'm looking for ideas of meals that I could prepare these weeks.

Hi Looking4Motivation, I have to admit that I'd never heard of the "sirtfood diet." I looked it up on the BBC Real Food site.
May I suggest that you're careful while following a plan which suggests a drastic drop in calories. We would all love to shed weight quickly but there are no "real" short cuts.
I'm sorry you have got stuck. I wonder if you were eating too little, or if your choices of food could do with tweaking. We could give you more helpful feedback and ideas if we knew what you were eating these past few weeks.
I've never heard of the sirtfood diet but I have come across loads of people on this forum who are losing weight steadily while eating regular meals. Have a look at the Daily Diary for some examples
