Started my new journey on the 1st

So I wanted to write in the Wednesday weigh in but I work nights so I guess I messed the deadline 😂 so I'll try again next week

Probably wouldn't of lost anything by next week but that's okay. Yesterday I went for a bike ride with my boyfriend, ate kinda healthy (nandos isn't great but a healthier takeaway I guess?). I did a food shop today any only brought healthier foods such as plain chicken, fruit, vegetables, a vegi version of rice etc and I'm feeling a little bit more on track.

I still don't really get how this site works so help on that would be much appreciated, I really feel like being involved in this community will help me stay on track. I know its okay to have slip ups but I want to stay on track the best I can.

Oh I also did a 10 min HIIT workout... Feeling a little dead now though haha

I thoroughly enjoy this forum and engage in daily diary and I weigh on a Monday ( I'm back to work next week after 14 weeks on furlough, which should be interesting 😅)

Hi busy-Rice, welcome to the forum. I suggest you follow every link you've been given. Use the website as opposed to the app.

Join the Daily Diary. The weigh ins open the evening before and stay open 24 hrs.

The Wednesday weigh in opens at 9pm on Tuesday and closes at 9pm on Wednesday. Find a time when you can chat to other people as we ask everyone to reply to at least three members of the team. It's a great team so I hope you can make it next week.

There's a lot going on on the forum so do take your time exploring Pinned Posts - I gave you the link when you first posted here - and you'll need to come here often to get into the swing of it. It will be worth it, though :)

I've been trying, working nights I tend to sleep most of the day, do what needs to be done then work at night.

I will try my best to be on here everyday from now on tho.. Make it my "first thing to do in the morning"

Treat yourself to 10-15 mins each morning, see what the posts are saying, read the Daily Diary and start adding your meal plans when you're ready. Be good to yourself :)
