Roast Radishes 😋


Radishes - trimmed and cut in half, 1/2 red onion chopped, garlic, butter and dill. Roast together at 200C for 20 minutes or so, stir a couple of times.

Somewhere around 10 carbs (halve that by leaving out the onion) and less than 100kcal before adding the butter.

It's a really delicious replacement for roast potatoes. Will make it again soon.

Ohh wow I was just looking on my shopping online and radishes popped up I thought I wonder if I can have them I shell be adding them to my list.💐

I’m glad you posted this 😊I saw the comment on a website (dietdoctor?) that said how like roast potatoes they were, done in this fashion and wanted to try it out. I’ve just added two packets of radishes to my shopping trolley now 👍

Yum!! Must buy some radishes then 😆
