Ready for tomorrow's weigh in

Heya.

Well that's it . The week is done. I have done my best tried to eat healthier and tried to be more aware of what I am eating .

I hope I'm not disappointed tomorrow . I hope I have had some weight loss .

This week I am back at work after a weeks holiday so this is going to be more of a challenge as breakfast is earlier , then lunch needs to be filling but not to filling and then evening meals are always late after 8 pm as I'm not back till 8 pm and then I'm worried that I won't be burning the evening meal off . I have time to think about this as I am off tomorrow.....

Ok let's tackle the first issue..... Did I do it and have I lost anything !???

I’ve always eaten evening meal about 7pm it didn’t stop me losing 5 stone all it does is sometimes shows on scales and your weight loss looks little but then shows up better next time so don’t be put off, just keep to plans.

Hi - I was just wondering whether if it’s practical for you - why not have your main meal at lunchtime and smaller meal at dinner. That way you will have energy to get you through what looks like a really long day and you won’t have to prepare a big meal when you get home tired from work. It would probably take a bit of planning and batch cooking but maybe it’s worth a try? 😊 hope your weigh in went well!
