You'll find everything you need to use the forum in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... I recommend joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice, and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans. You'll find them both friendly and interactive.
In your profile, you refer to a lot of snacking. The commonest reason for snacking is not eating enough in meals, particularly healthy fats which keep us feeling full. Fats have been demonised for so long it's hard to change the mindset but you may find this healthy living blog from a GP useful. She includes her meal plans for a week.
