what i'm going to do now....RE-EVALUATE

don't stand on scales everyday

feel the hunger and deal with it between structured meals

when i feel like bombarding my progress, get a grip and work through the feeling

practice mind over matter

realise i take astma medicines, menopausal, olderwoman, and it is going to be slow weight loss now things are against me

think positive

this is achievable
