Weight today - 153.6 lbs
Loss/Gain/STS - 1.6 lbs
Total loss - .4 lbs
I gained some weight this week; have to admit I didn't eat as well as I could have with some pizza and white bread/crackers/pancakes throughout the week. On the plus side though, I've been doing a lot more exercise including strength training (Barre) and HIIT/fun dance work out videos I wonder if that would have made me a tad heavier in the short term.
Going back to healthy eating this week!
