That dress I couldn't fit into...

Hey all, I'm pretty new here and thought I should give a small introduction.

I'm 24 now, started trying to lose weight back in August 2019.

It all started when I was going out to meet friends and went to put on a summer dress that had been sitting in the wardrobe for a while.

Last I remember it fitted, but I realised I couldn't even zip it up.

At that moment I knew I had to do something. I weighed in the next day at around 200lb - I don't remember how I got to that point.

Here I am around nine months later and 3st 7lb down, still more to be done.

I feel so much better for it and urge anyone who is thinking of trying to get healthy or is currently struggling with motivation to go for it!

We got this <3

If you were wondering how. The short answer is motoring my intake of food, healthy eating and balanced diet, and exercise.

No cutting out food groups or fasting. I find the key is to make sure you never get hungry!
