I want a healthy diet for CKD and Warfarin. Doctor can't help. I do cranberry juice and 90mcg vit-K & medicine.

I agree with Lucigret that we have no medical expertise and could lead you astray. I can’t help but feel that your doctor should be able to guide you in your efforts to lose weight and if he or she can’t help, another medical professional should be recommended. Or change doctor if that’s an option. You deserve help and should not rest until you find it. Good luck!
