Calorie counter not working!

I cannot get the calorie counter to work. I type in the item but when I press search it doesn't move.

What calorie counter are you using? There are dozens at least, possibly hundreds out there. I like cronometer.com/ (also available as an app) and that works.

I am using the NHS weight loss plan and the calorie counter there is powered by Natra Check.

There are many options that are usable in the free/ad supported mode. Including MFP and cronometer.
