So I’m new to this. I don’t know what to expect and what to do. I started to add weight started eating sugar again, I started a diet a month ago and was doing good then I started lacking. So tomorrow might be another chance to change my diet

Try not to think in terms of a diet, but aim to find a way of eating that you will be able to sustain. Sugar is the very devil - the more you eat, the more you want! Some are able to eat a little and stop, others, like me, aren't. A little leads to a lot and it's easier to eliminate it completely.
We can also think we're eating healthily, only to find that our body's reaction to certain foods is the same as eating sugar anyway. Have a look at this:
