Not a bad start for Easter challenge

Happy to see I have lost 2lbs!!! I started the Easter challenge 8 days ago. I have been following the 5:2 diet, walking approx 3 times a week depending on weather and given up alcohol. Ugh that’s hard. Starting weight was 13 and a half stone.

Are you also part of a Group Weigh-I’m lighterflyer? They run all year alongside the seasonal challenges . . . They’re great for giving and receiving support and also earning weight loss badges 😊
