I'm always wary about praising recipe books, because I've got shelves lined with them because I saw 1 recipe I liked and thought the book would have loads more to my taste, most of them didn't. However "A Pinch of Nom -everyday light" is in my opinion brilliant. I bought it last weekend after being away from home and started using it last Tuesday. 3 recipes down and another one sorted for today and I cannot fault it. All are calorie counted and easy to make. Because there are just 2 of us in the household and the recipes are for more I've now got frozen meals for next week as well. Well worth having a look through if you see it in the shops to see if it suits you. At the min it's down to £10 in most Supermarkets.... the orange cover one is the one I'm using but I'm also going to look at the one with the green cover. 😊

I bought this book last weekend- it looks great! I have been looking through marking off possibilities. Been shopping this evening and we are planning on making egg in the hole tomorrow, and Sunday is going to be the colcannon which we will have with pork loin... yum!!!!

Did the Jambalaya this evening and it was fab and got quite a kick to it. Also made the pork cassoulet for tomorrow going to serve it with veggies. Really loving this book 😊

Both of the books are fab! I have shelves of other rarely used cookery books as well but my PON books are out nearly every day.
