My food and exercise diary day two.

Tuesday! Usually a good day but I slept poorly and my daughter knocked my tablet, cracking the screen. Luckily it still works but put me in a bad mood. Didn't do my 15 mins morning aerobics. Will try to do 1km extra on my run later instead.

7am-8am breakfast was a cheese and onion toastie. My fave for these cold mornings! 16g of 50% reduced fat cheese. 20g onion and 4g butter between two slices of toast.(264 Cal's)

1x Jaffa cake (46 Cal's)

At work 10am-11am three toffees and my can of Coke zero. (102 Cal's)

2pm a 6km run. Should take about 40mins or so and burns over 300 Cal's.

4pm - 5pm dinner. 2x sausages, 147g homemade chips and 133g (1/3) of reduced sugar beans. And one egg fried (I only eat the yolk). (422 Cal's)

Dessert 45g Halo Top cookie ice cream (53 Cal's)

5pm 30 mins dog walk.

6pm -7pm snack time! 16g crisps from a share bag. Turkish delight (185) crunchie bar (122) 2x cheddar biscuits (42) 1x slice of toast with 12g lemon curd (128) and 1x Jaffa cake (46).

Total calories 1489.
