Hi,I am a 69 year old woman,trying to start back on Healthy eating and,doing walking with the Active 10 app.Walking about 75 minutes a day,but struggling to hit the 10 minute brisk walk, no matter how hard I try. Trying to get back on track with eating healthy, put 8 lbs on over the festive season, So annoyed with myself. Trying to keep positive. And hopefully ,be healthier, and fitter for my 70th in July

Good luck with your goals, Nannieann, I have found the weekly weigh in very helpful, and also there is Fit is fun club, all very encouraging and also give ideas.
75 mins sounds like a nice long walk, you may well get brisker if you persevere, but if not, we just have to do what works for us, it's not one size fits all with diet or exercise.
