We beat oursleves up and feed in to our mistakes too often.
The aim of this thread is to give strength to what we are getting right and to hopefully help any of us that are struggling, to get back on track.
Feel free to join in if you don't want to/can't do the whole week.
Please do not comment on the things you feel didn't go so well.
Please post one sentence only, every day, for one week, on what is going well for you. Whether that be "I drank water today, I ate fruit or I avoided snacking."
Take a quick mental note (or post below) on how positive or negative you feel around your eating habits right now and then by the end of the week we can assess if we've noticed any changes.
