Hi, MintTeaMascara

I think that most of the video is nonsense.

Eating a salad as well as a pizza?

Eating a salad instead of a pizza might make you hungry - you go from starvation to binging.

Fat satiates - and reduces the desire to binge or snack.

We have zero requirement for carbs - but we need enough energy to not lose weight too quickly.

Yes- eating "empty calories" can leave you hungry for essential nutrients.

Don't get "sucked into" marketing or psychology - you are immune if you do not believe in it. I do not have a "six-pack" and I realise that, to get a six-pack, I would have to be unhealthily under-fat - but I do have some muscle definition! (At my age of 70, I don't think many are likely to see it.)

Few professionals know what they are talking about.

Eating 24/7 - or snacking in the evening is a major problem for many.

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.

Some of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:

That's completely okay if you didn't find the video useful - I found the psychology aspects of the video very helpful and hope others do too :)

All the best in finding what's right for you.
