Hi I have a healthy BMI but unhealthy waistband 39inches. My height is 5ft 4in and my weight is 10 st 8lb , i eat fresh healthy food but cannot get rid of any inches off my waist . Any suggestions please

Hi Shirehorse, I support what moreless say about carbs. I came here after being diagnosed with a hernia. My internal fat was bursting out at midriff level. Going LCHF (there is a support forum here) lower carbs, higher fats, not only helped me to lose the internal fat (I no longer have a hernia, no surgery required) but it also got a lot of other things back on track, reduced hunger pangs and sugar cravings.
